Letter from State Chairman

In the past few years Virginia has gained national recognition for the quality of its amateur wrestling teams as well as outstanding individuals. This is exemplified by two former Team VA USA wrestlers garnering NCAA championships.  In addition, several of Virginia high school teams and individuals have attained national ranking.  At the various national championships, from Kids Nationals to FILA Cadet World Team Trials, Virginia wrestlers in all age categories have excelled and brought fame and prestige to our fine state.  It is the vision of VA USA Wrestling to keep improving the quality and quantity of amateur wrestling for our members. Currently we sponsor the following national teams: Brute Scholastic Duals, Mason-Dixon Quad, Middle School Nationals, Schoolboy National Duals, Cadet National Duals, Junior National Duals, and the Cadet/Junior GR/FS National Championships.
